We do not remember days,
We remember moments.
Cesare Pavese
Our tailor made experiences take place in our family-run Anassa Cycladic Village, in beautiful Gallisas, with respect to nature and its cycles. Our rural and peaceful scenery create the perfect setting both for couples wishing to rekindle their relationship and celebrate their love and the safe, nourishing environment and for hosting an intimate music or dance event, a celebration for baptism or a birthday gathering.
Couples can plan their wedding at the marvellous Town Hall of Hermoupolis with their kith and kin, or choose one of the numerous Orthodox & Catholic churches found on the island - some more grand than others and some more humble, but all equally astonishingly beautiful - and host the celebration of their love at our premises, in order to turn their event into a magical fairy-tale to cherish and remember for years to come.

The pistachio will fall off the tree when the branches are given a sharp shake.A rubber mallet hitting a branch, a fist or mechanical shaker can be used (we use a semi mechanical shaker). We pull out tarps under the tree so we can catch the nuts, the tarp is then rolled up into the picker, and off to the next tree.
Once the pistachios are dried (roasted), they will keep very well if just a few precautions are taken. In general, a low temperature will prolong the storage life of the pistachio.A cool pantry, the refrigerator or freezer are all good storage.
