Welcome to Anassa Cycladic Village! Our aim is to ensure you feel at home whilst enjoying the beauty of Cycladic nature. To achieve that, we introduce our terms and conditions, to allow us to offer you a safe and serene environment. We hope we communicate our ethos and policies with clarity and transparency.
Terms & Conditions
Facilities & Working hours
• Check-out until 11.00 and check-in from 15.00. This is mandatory and ensures that, between different stays, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected with certified products.
• Daily room cleaning during the stay only upon request, otherwise cleaning will take place every other day. Contact us upon arrival if you request otherwise.
• Change of towels every other day to comply with our environmental strategy.
• Our breakfast baskets are served in the restaurant between 8:00 -10:00, keeping all the required distances. If you require your breakfast basket served in your private balcony, please inform us upon arrival.
• Some exterior parts of our premises, the swimming pool, playground and the restaurant could be monitored for security reasons.
• Anassa Cycladic Village is not responsible in case of an accident or any damage done at the parking area of the premises.
• The official quiet hours in Greece during the summer months is from 23:00 to 7:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30. Please respect your fellow guests and act with those hours in mind.
• Minors and children should be supervised by their parents and carers at any time when playing at the playground or using the swimming pool and should respect the quiet hours as stated.
• Non-residents are not allowed to use the playground area during high season and peak times.
• Free wifi access to all our guests and visitors throughout our premises.
• We keep a record of staff members and all guests (name, nationality, arrival / departure date. Contact details such as address, telephone, e-mail) to enable close contact with any COVID-19 case that may occur.
• We record and update regularly our Covid-19 file. We inform our guests about the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection that a file is kept for reasons.
Cancellation and Payment Policy
We have adopted a fully flexible rate for our cancellation and payment policy to allow you to plan your visit with us.
• Guests will be charged a prepayment of 30% of the total price after booking. Credit card guarantee is required to secure your reservation. We reserve the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to the guest's arrival.
• Guests may cancel free of charge until 21 days before arrival.
• Guests will be charged 30% of the total price if you cancel 20 to 15 days before arrival.
• Guests will be charged 50% of the total price if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
• In case of Non Show 100% of total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
• In case of not receiving a cancellation notification or in case of departing prior to the arranged date guests will be charged the 100% of the reserved value.
All data submitted to anassasyros.gr website by means of e-mail or contact form submissions, are used exclusively for the needs of ours guest’s contact with Anassa Cycladic Village administration and will not be notified in any case to any third party under the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection.
Swimming Pool Policy
• The swimming pool is open for our guests from 9:00 to 20.00.
• Maximum number of guests in the pool is one swimmer per 5 m2 of water surface.
• Frequent cleaning and disinfection of swimming pool and areas with appropriate products take place. Regular measurement is also recorded during operation times.
• We recommend to avoid overcrowding and apply appropriate marking of the distance of two (2) meters in any waiting area of our premises (reception, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, playground etc.).
• The sunbeds, sun loungers and the swimming pool area are private and can be used only from our guests. Non-residents are not allowed during high season and peak times.
• The depth of the pool is 1,50 meters everywhere.
• Diving in the pool is strictly prohibited. Please use the stairs.
• Please keep the noise levels low at the area of the swimming pool and respect the other guests.
• Minors and children must be supervised constantly by their parents when they are inside and outside from the pool.
• Please shower before entering the pool.
• Sunscreen and other creams could affect the quality of the pool water. Please use mindfully.
• Food and drinks purchased outside our premises is not allowed.
• All kind of games are prohibited in the swimming pool, around the pool area and on the grass.
• Anassa Cycladic Village is not obliged to have a lifeguard at the pool although there is a certified lifeguard in our team and in the premises.
Smoking policy
• Smoking is prohibited for staff, associates, guests and visitors in all indoors areas as stated by the law. All our bungalows, timber huts, tents, and reception, deli and restaurant are smoking free zones. A cleaning fee will be charged on top of your stay or visit if smoking is detected in those areas.
• Smoking is only allowed in outdoors areas such as the restaurant outdoors sitting place, the private balconies of the bungalows and the designated outdoors areas.
• There are designated areas to dispose cigarettes. Please use those to allow to keep the outdoors spaces clean for all to use and enjoy.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the playground area, to protect the health and safety of the children using the grounds and the gorgeous eucalyptus trees that provide us with their lush shading. Parents and carers who wish to smoke please use the outdoors sitting area of the restaurant. The consumption of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in our grounds, and we reserve the right to dismiss guests from our premises if caught to do so.
• Please be considerate of our non-smoking guests and how you dispose your cigarettes, as we are surrounded by trees and nature.
Pet Policy
At Anassa Cycladic Village we understand and respect your need to travel with your beloved pets. We are an inclusive, friendly environment and we welcome our furry friends. We implement rules to ensure everyone’s safety. Our guests who wish to travel with their pet, they should inform us before hand and need to make sure they comply with the following:
• Owners should provide annual proof of vaccination and health for their visiting pets.
• Visiting pets should be up to date on vaccinations required and free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior.
• Visiting pets should be covered under their owner’s insurance policy, which must cover dog bites.
• Owners are legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
• Owners should travel with their own pet items to ensure pet safety, such as leashes, crates or gates.
• Owners should provide their own pet wellness items, such as waste bags, toys, food and water bowls.
• Owners should ensure they provide adequate bathroom breaks, access to water and food, and exercise for their pets throughout the day.
• Pets cannot be left unattended in guest rooms and in common areas.
• Owners are at any time, responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being, hygiene and happiness the entire time of their visit.
• Pets are not permitted in common areas such as restaurants, pool, playground etc. Pets must be leashed while on our premises.
• Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
• There is an additional cleaning pet fee per stay.
