Welcome to Anassa Cycladic Village! Our aim is to guarantee your well-being during your stay with us and to allow you to relax in a safe environment both indoors and outdoors. To achieve that we implement the following practices:
Health & Safety
• Implementation of all National Health & Safety protocols.
• Compliance to the recommendations by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Greece’s Public Health Organization (EODY).
• Clearly established time-schedule for cleaning and disinfection in all areas and high touch locations, including communal showers and toilets, baby care facilities, playground and swimming pool.
• Conspicuous placement of hand sanitizers.
• Collaboration with Bioclean, (hygiene and infection solutions & services).
• Health First Certification by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, which verifies compliance to the health protocols against Covid-19.
• 24/7 Doctor on call trained in Covid-19 response.
Staff & Associates
• All the staff members of Anassa Cycladic Village have attended a Health & Safety Training in the new hygiene protocols and new Normality consultancy from the Technical Chamber through a series of webinars.
• All our staff members are instructed to wear masks throughout our premises.
• Daily Temperature checks for all our associates and guests entering our premises.
• Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) available for all our staff, associates and guests.
• Our cooperating partners comply strictly with all the hygiene procedures and guidelines (e.g. sterilization of all contact surfaces between the transfers etc.).
Accommodation & Leisure
• Check-out until 11.00 and check-in from 15.00. This is mandatory and ensures that, between different stays, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
• Daily room cleaning during the stay only upon request, otherwise cleaning will take place every other day. Contact us upon arrival if you request otherwise.
• Change of towels every other day to comply with our environmental strategy.
• Our breakfast baskets are served in the restaurant between 8:00 -10:00, keeping all the required distances. If you require your breakfast basket served in your balcony, please inform us upon arrival.
• Disposal of hand sanitizers at all entrances and communal spaces, recommending its use at the entrance and exit.
• Recommendation to avoid overcrowding and application of appropriate marking of the distance of two (2) meters in any waiting area of our premises (reception, bar, restaurant, swimming pool, playground etc.).
• We assure you that we carefully follow all the adequate hygiene, safety, and operational protocols according to HACCP.
• Non-residents are not allowed during high season and peak times.
• Maximum number of guests in the pool (one swimmer per 5 m2 of water surface). Frequent cleaning and disinfection of swimming pool and areas with appropriate products take place. Regular measurement is also recorded during operation times.
• We keep a record of staff members and all guests (name, nationality, arrival / departure date. Contact details such as address, telephone, e-mail) to enable close contact with any COVID-19 case that may occur.
• We record and update regularly our Covid-19 file. We inform our guests about the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection that a file is kept for reasons relevant to public health protection and that their data is not used for any other reason.
